Sales Development Representative – SDR (m/f)

As a part of our team, you will have a direct impact on the development of Roster. You will take on the role of sales development and making the key decisions related to sales.

You will have the freedom to organize your work time and the responsibility of driving the sales of the subscription.

 

 

YOUR ROLE

 

Working knowledge of the enterprise software market or the ability to learn new software quickly
Have experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator or other similar prospecting applications while keeping track of dead-end leads
Have a strong work ethic and are eager to learn and make new connections with prospects
Demonstrated ability to work solo as well as being a productive team member, making outbound calls every day
Thorough understanding of commercial awareness and brand recognition to successfully establish rapport with prospects

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS

 

Previous experience in sales (cold calling, cold mailing), min 6 months
Strong presentation phone skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Croatian and English language
Strong project management/organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
Proficiency with MS Office and other software applications
Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM product preferred
Ability to build team unity, working with a cross-functional and diverse groups
